Thank you for choosing Lakshmi Braids. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please take a moment to review the following salon policies and safety rules.

1. Booking & Appointments: All services must be booked in advance. A confirmation message will be sent after your appointment is scheduled. Please arrive on time. Clients arriving 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.

2. Deposits & Payments: Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.Full payment is required immediately after the service is completed. Accepted payments include cash, Zelle, Cash App, or card (depending on availability).

3. Cancellations & No-Shows: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows and late cancellations may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

4. Hair Preparation: Clients should come with clean, dry, and fully detangled hair, unless the service includes washing.Extra fees may apply for detangling or hair prep.

5. Kids Policy: Children must remain calm and seated throughout their appointment for safety purposes. If a child cannot sit still, we may decline the service for their safety.

6. Personal Belongings: Lakshmi Braids is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.Please secure your phones, wallets, and personal items during your visit.

💛 C-K Hair Braiding — Salon Safety Policies

Your safety and comfort are very important to us. Please carefully review and follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and secure salon experience.

1. 🔥 Hot Water Safety (Very Important)

Hot water is used during braiding services to seal and smooth the hair. Because the water is extremely hot, strict cooperation is required.

To prevent burns or accidents:

  • Please remain completely still during and immediately after the hot-water dipping process.

  • Do not shake or move your head while the stylist is working.

  • Do not touch the towel, bowl, or braids until the stylist gives clear instructions.

  • Inform your stylist immediately if you feel any discomfort.

These precautions help prevent burns, splashes, and accidental injuries.

2. ✂️ Styling Tools Safety

For your protection while styling tools are in use:

  • Avoid sudden movements when scissors, needles, razors, flat irons, or hot combs are being used.

  • Keep your hands away from your hair unless your stylist asks otherwise.

3. 🧴 Product & Scalp Sensitivity

If you have:

  • Allergies

  • A sensitive or tender scalp

  • Any product sensitivities

Please inform your stylist before your service begins so we can adjust accordingly.

4. 🧼 Health & Hygiene

To maintain a clean and healthy environment:

  • Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell.

  • All tools, chairs, and workstations are thoroughly sanitized between clients.

  • No additional guests are allowed unless prior approval has been given.
